Do Liverpool actually have enough firepower up front?

|

As for Dirk Kuyt, he is playing the role many expected him to play, largely featuring either as a back-up striking option or on the right side of midfield where he has spent most of his Liverpool career. I will admit that I have doubted the ability of the Dutchman in the past but I won’t be making that mistake again. Kuyt has been one of our most reliable servants over the last few years and although he isn’t the most easy on the eye when in possession, his value as a squad member cannot be underestimated. When you consider his record in the big games along with the fact that he is a regular starter for one of the best international teams on the planet, it really does make you appreciate having him in the team.

All in all, I believe our strikers are certainly well equipped to get Liverpool back into the top four, and our lack of ruthlessness in front of goal is more down to underachieving players rather than a lack of quality. If we were to acquire another top class striker in January I certainly wouldn’t be opposed to it, but the question then would be who would be the man to make way for him, and what type of striker what he be. Make no mistake, if Suarez improves his shooting, Carroll improves his movement and Bellamy just gets more game time, there wouldn’t be a need for a new ‘natural finisher’ and we would certainly be able to boast having one of the most dangerous strike-forces in the country.

  • Though of having the best striker in europe Luis Suarez and points being dropped against inferior opposition the 0-0 draw against Swansea show you of not having great Evolution in Liverpool game nor in attacking or in counter attack nor of free kick or corner in each matches Liverpool played the facts remains and it’s accumulate the solution is to correct the mistakes to be “accurate” to increase the power of Liverpool fc in higher level if not the consequence can be a disaster for others coming matches it’s not only K Dalglish or the assisstant it’s also the Academy job for the Evolution YNWA
