LIVERPOOL and Tottenham target Nacer Chadli is on the receiving end of a bid from Shakhtar Donetsk, according to talkSPORT.
The Premier League duo are both monitoring Chadli, but Ukrainian side Shakhtar have taken the first steps into signing the 23-year-old.
Chadli scored 12 goals for FC Twente this season, as the Dutch club finished 6th in the Eredivisie table. And the speedy winger has interested a number of managers, including both Brendan Rodgers and Andre Villas-Boas.
The Belgium international is also wanted by Serie A trio Juventus, AC Milan and Inter, but they might all be too late, as Shakhtar have already reportedly made contact with Twente.
Chadli is a dual citizen of Belgium and Morocco, and could therefore represent both nations. And despite making a non competitive appearance for Morocco, Chadli decided to represent Belgium instead.
The 23-year-old is one of the most wanted players in the Dutch league, after lighting up the Eredivisie with his pace and trickery.
Brendan Rodgers will be hoping to bring Chadli to Anfield, as a possible replacement for Stewart Downing, who has been linked with a move away from the club.
Chadli would also replace Oussama Assaidi, who is also expected to depart the Anfield club during the transfer window.
