Boxing Day Preview: Predicted Liverpool line up vs Burnley

|

Kolo Toure (Liverpool)GK/Defence

Brad Jones – We will undoubtedly need a new ‘keeper in January and the rumours of Cech would be ideal if they came true but, in the interim, we’re left with Brad Jones as the ‘lesser of two evils’, at present.

Mamadou Sakho – Sakho was a vast improvement on Lovren last weekend but he still needs to improve. Individually, he looks great, but he often appears to be playing as part of his own defence and lacks communication with others.

Kolo Toure – The experienced, steadying influence on the defence, Toure will retain his place, undoubtedly.

Martin Skrtel – Came in for some criticism last week, despite scoring the equalizing goal. Will retain his place in the back three.
