Liverpool are interested in French international goalkeeper Steve Mandanda, according to France Football (via Le10 Sport). Villarreal, Monaco and Everton are also looking at the player.

Mandanda has been part of a Marseille side which has struggled in Ligue One this season. They went 2 and half months without a win in the league and only secured their top flight status after a 1-0 win against Angers at the start of this month. They are now on a 4 match unbeaten run after results started to pick up since the sacking of coach Michel and replacing him with caretaker manager Franck Passi.

31 year old Mandanda has 21 caps for France although he is generally the understudy to Tottenham keeper Hugo Lloris at international level. He has been Marseille’s number one for the past nine years making over 400 appearances for the French club during this time but now he may be looking to move on, according to reports in France.
