Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho has signed up Kia Joorabchian and his Brazilian partner Giuliano Bertolucci as his new agents, according to Goal.com Brazil.
In addition to Coutinho, Joorabchian has signed up Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson but the Liverpool playmaker is the most likely to leave his club, the website reports.
Joorabchian and Bertolucci’s “great goal” is to make a sale happen for Coutinho, Goal believes, as the agents could financially benefit from a transfer taking place. They say it is also clear though that Liverpool are unwilling to entertain any discussions about selling the 24 year old.
The Brazilian has been linked with both Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona this summer but in recent weeks there has been little to no new information from the rumour mill regarding the player’s future at Anfield. Hopefully the hiring of a new agent does not signal an increased likelihood of the midfielder leaving the Reds. Joorabchian has most notably worked with former Red Javier Mascherano and ex Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez in the past.
