Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are three of the clubs who are interested in signing Real Madrid centre back Sergio Ramos, according to Diario Gol.

The Madrid captain has been heavily criticised for his performances in recent months by President Florentino Perez and it has prompted the 30 year old to once again consider a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

In 2015, Ramos was interesting Manchester United before he agreed a new contract extension at the European Champions. Just 14 months later though, he is considering his future once again. Diario Gol report he already has an offer from China which he isn’t keen on but the three European clubs names that have emerged would be more to his liking.

The least likely is Bayern Munich as although Carlo Ancelotti is his former manager, the German club do not see him as a priority signing. PSG however may be a more likely possibility. There is uncertainty over the futures of both Marquinhos and Thiago Silva and manager Unai Emery is keen to sign Ramos. Liverpool meanwhile, according to Diario Gol “appreciates the character and experience” of Ramos, whether that equates to genuine solid interest as they suggest is another matter entirely.
