Juventus Sporting Director Fabio Paratici was present at the match between Borussia Monchengladbach and Manchester City on Wednesday night, according to calciomercato.com.

The Italian website believe that Paratici was keeping an eye on Mahmoud Dahoud who is reportedly a target for Juve. The 20 year old is also believed to be one of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s main transfer targets.

Reports in Germany have suggested that Dahoud has a release clause of €10million when he enters the last year of his contract in July but it has been suggested that clubs could make an early move for the player in January with Gladbach keen to sell before the clause can be activated.

In the Italian press, Juventus have been reported to be keen on doing just that and the sight of Paratici at the match in midweek will add fuel to the fire. It means Liverpool may also have to make their move to head off any bid from Italy.
