It’s nearly time for the latest edition of the Merseyside Derby as we travel across Stanley Park to face Everton at Goodison Park on Monday night.
In a game that always serves up one of the most vociferous atmospheres of the season keeping to the game plan and remaining calm under the intense pressure is crucial to both side’s chances of winning.
Of course, that is far easier said than done as when the first whistle blows tomorrow evening the pace of the match is likely to sweep everyone along for the full ninety minutes.
Even so, both managers will have come up with game plans to stop the other and as this is one of the best places for the Reds to win three points we’re hoping Jurgen Klopp’s got the jump on Ronald Koeman.
