We may not have even had Christmas yet but the transfer rumour mill is already approaching a frenzied state with under a month to go until January.
It seems like only last week the summer market was being closed for business and teams were having to assess just how well they’d done over the preceding months.
It was no different with the Reds and you have to say the general feeling was with our work in the last window that we did pretty well.
Whilst there may not have been a ‘marquee name’ coming in the likes of Sadio Mane and Joel Matip have been instant hits.
Furthermore, Georginio Wijnaldum looks to have settled in well, whilst we’re hoping Loris Karius improves with confidence and experience.
