According to The Telegraph, Joe Hart has accepted that he will not be at Manchester City next season and is assessing where his future lies from 2017/18 onwards.
The England number 1 had it made clear to him in the summer that he was not going to be a part of Pep Guardiola’s plans for this season and, despite Claudio Bravo’s difficulties, that remains to be the case indefinitely.
Hart is currently on loan with Serie A side Torino where he has done a decent job of adapting to life in a new country but this apparent revelation could be of more interest to Liverpool.
The Reds have been linked by The Mirror amongst others with a move in the summer for the City ‘keeper and so the fact that he now sees that he’ll have to move on could come as a bonus to us.
It remains to be seen what happens exactly, of course, but it looks like this Reds target is going to be on the move.
