As quoted by The Metro, PSG boss Unai Emery has admitted that Reds target Jese could be on the move in the near future.
It was revealed towards the end of last month that we were interested in the former Real Madrid man by Las Palmas’ Miguel Angel Ramirez, speaking to La Provincia.
And now we seem to have been given another boost, if we are still interested, over the Spanish attacker with his current manager revealing he could be on the way out of the French capital.
Jese has struggled to settle with the French side this season with them, themselves, looking out of sorts in Ligue 1.
Current boss Emery was a new acquisition for this season, too, and all the bedding in looks to have caused some issues.
The former Sevilla boss said of the striker and his future:
“[Jese] has to play. The possibility of [him] leaving is a reality.”
A move could be on the cards, then, and it seems up to us whether we make an offer now.
