It’s January and so, naturally, we’re all keen to see the Reds sign some good players before the deadline in a few weeks.
Indeed, with the title race the way it is, this could be one of the most important January windows for some time with the club well in with a chance of the Premier League crown and so we need to make sure if we can get an edge, we take it.
That edge is likely to come in the form of extra players this month with the way our squad is at the moment as, arguably, it’s the weakest of the top six.
Our first XI is as good as any but our bench looks short of experience and quality and so we’ve been thinking about who we’d like the club to sign over the coming weeks.
