It seems like a very long time since the Reds were last in action with our last game against Spurs nine days ago.

Since, then, the Reds have been on a warm-weather training camp in La Manga in a bid to prepare for the top four run-in and we certainly haven’t minded having to wait for our next game.

Coming off of the back of a 2-0 win over Spurs at Anfield has meant that the confidence in the squad seems to be returning ahead of what could be a fantastic battle for those Champions League spots.

There’s three spots up for grabs with Chelsea well away at the top and our personal surge needs to start with the game against Leicester this weekend.

Indeed, Klopp’s been reflecting on the race and what the Reds need to do ahead of the remainder of the season – telling the club’s official website:

“We are still in this group, we are not at the end of the group, we are in the middle of the group. We have not the biggest distance to the interesting places, so that’s all good.

“Each win can change the mood but if you lose, you have to use it, to get more greedy and if you win, you have to stay greedy. That’s the life of a professional footballer.”

Where will we finish? Let us know below!
