He’s done well in the cups
To be fair to Karius, when he’s played in the cup competitions since being dropped for our league games he’s done well.
He put on a clinic against Southampton in the 1st leg of the semi-final and hasn’t really made any mistakes during those games either. His confidence should have improved thanks to that, then, and it could be the right time to re-introduce him to Premier League action.
