Aside from January, the Reds have had one of the most potent attacks around this season and they’ve been a real joy to watch going forward.

We had a feeling when Jurgen Klopp breezed in towards the end of 2015 that our attack would be something special but we didn’t realise how quickly it would happen as the Reds went about becoming one of the top-scorers under the German.

Indeed, as the summer saw Sadio Mane arrive, things have stepped up another gear with a new added dimension of pace and width in going forward leaving us very much feared up and down the league.

We’ve managed to blow teams away this season, too, but we actually feel it could be more threatening than it is right now.

It could be quicker and more expansive as it often gets narrow and congested up top whilst we’d also like an out-and-out forward to replace Roberto Firmino.

So with that in mind, and fresh with some transfer rumours in front of us, here’s what next season’s attack could look like with Philippe Coutinho back in midfield and Firmino probably on the bench – strength in depth and all that…
