The Reds were back in action last night as we traveled to Leicester City in the Premier League.
And what a washout it was as we succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against the managerless Foxes.
Going into the game plenty of the chat was about how the champions would react with no Claudio Ranieri in charge and it had obviously done the trick as the Reds seemed completely naive in their approach.
It’s as if the players had no idea that they were going to face a backlash as we were slack and slow throughout with no-one really coming out of the game reputation in tact.
Certainly, there is work to do ahead of Arsenal this weekend, then, and so here are our player ratings from this latest 2017 disappointment…
