The international break is nearly over and we’re all glad to be able to say that ahead of a massive weekend for the Reds.
It’s Merseyside Derby week once again, of course, and both teams either side of Stanley Park are going into it with European aspirations.
The Blues are looking at Europa League football at the moment whilst we’re going for the Champions League and a win here would surely see us carry some serious momentum into the final furlongs.
Jurgen Klopp, then, needs as much help as he can get to secure a win and it appears he could just get it in the form of Jordan Henderson.
The skipper has been out for some time with an injury but looks like he could return in time for the Derby this weekend – as per The Liverpool Echo.
That could be a real game-changer, then, as when the skipper is in the side we look a much more cohesive unit.
