Well a new week is upon us Reds, and coming with it are plenty of fresh transfer rumours for us to preside over.
Indeed, despite us beating Arsenal just two days ago 3-1, the footballing world soon moves on to the next hot topic and one of today’s main stories has come from The Mirror.
They are of the opinion that we are looking at Alex Meret – a young and exciting goalkeeper who is currently out on loan from his parent club Udinese.
With the Reds struggling to find a consistently top-level goalkeeper this season thanks to Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet both dropping clangers, there is evident cause for a new stopper.
Meret could be it, then, but we do have some reservations over whether he would be ready to step up and get straight into the side given he is only a teenager.
