It’s nearly time for arguably the biggest game left of our season as we head to Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.
Of course, we hear you cry, Everton are still to come at Anfield and whilst that too is a massive game at least we are at home against them.
Indeed, with City licking their wounds after Monaco taught them a lesson on Wednesday they’ll be keen to right some wrongs and so we’d better be ready to go and match them.
Last season at the Etihad we put in one of the best displays under Jurgen Klopp to date, too, so we should be confident ourselves as we battle for the top four.
Time, then, to go and prove we’re ready for this battle and, with that in mind, here’s the eleven men we’d send onto the pitch on Sunday afternoon…
