According to The Express, Liverpool are not concerned by the fact that Ryan Sessegnon is set to sign a new deal with Fulham once he turns 17-years-old.
We’ve become accustomed to seeing the Reds linked with young stars with FSG and Jurgen Klopp on the scene and sometimes we’re not often too sure over whether it is the right policy.
With Sessegnon, though, we’re more than happy to see the Reds try and sign him with him being one of the brightest young talents for his age in British football.
Indeed, he has been a regular feature for the Whites in a season where they look like they could be in the Championship play-offs and that cannot be sniffed at for a 16-year-old.
He looks set to pen a deal in west London, though, but the Reds will surely still go after him in the summer.
