As quoted by The Mirror, Slaven Bilic has revealed that he does have an interest in Reds striker Daniel Sturridge.

The England international really has struggled since the arrival of Jurgen Klopp and whilst that is mostly down to his poor injury record, there is also a sense that the German boss doesn’t rate him too much.

Indeed, when he has been fit Divock Origi or Roberto Firmino have often been preferred up top and so we wouldn’t be surprised at all if he decided that he wanted out this summer.

West Ham, then, could be a potential destination and when asked about a move, Bilic certainly seemed to hint that Sturridge was on the club’s radar.

He said:

“We are going to see. We have our list of strikers.

“If you talk about him as a player, especially if you go back two or three seasons he was unbelievable.”
