Liverpool’s run-in to the Champions League qualification spots really does start here and we cannot wait to see them in action tonight.
After getting Everton out of the way in superb style and before that getting a strong point at Manchester City, the Reds now have their fate in their own hands in terms of the top four.
Of course, there’s going to be twists along the way but if we can keep the winning up as we head towards games with those sides lower down the table we should return to where we belong.
That, though, is easier said than done given our performances against the so-called ‘lesser sides’ and so now it’s time the Reds step up and start proving their quality to all.
