When Sadio Mane signed last summer we knew he was a decent player but we didn’t know just how good and important he would go on to be.
This goal on his competitive Reds debut suggested the kind of season we were in for with the winger, though, as he burst down the right hand side, cut inside onto his left, and then hammered home with his left foot. He’d truly arrived and things only got better.
