According to The Mirror, an agreement has been made with Hull City that when the summer window opens up Liverpool will sign Andrew Robertson from the Tigers.
If true, this would mark our first move of the window and would immediately address a problem area for the club – left-back.
Indeed, we all know James Milner has been filling in here all season and with it more than likely that Alberto Moreno is going to be on his way out of the club, a new player in this role is needed.
Robertson, then, ticks that box whilst he also represents a young player that Jurgen Klopp will feel he can turn into a real star.
It remains to be seen what happens next for the club, then, as the deal still hasn’t been confirmed but this report is certainly suggesting it’s just a matter of time until that happens.
