As per Sky Sports, Liverpool will be playing in the Premier League’s pre-season tournament that takes part in Asia this summer.
The broadcasting giants are set to show the event live across their channels as the Reds look to showcase themselves in front of a far-east audience.
Of course, we all know how often these fly-away pre-season tours come about these days and so we should expect this kind of thing to come about, with the Reds now in two summer tournaments.
They will be against West Brom, Crystal Palace and Leicester for the tournament in Asia whilst we also play in Germany against the likes of Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid.
The summer, then, is set to be a busy one on the field for the Reds whilst we are obviously hoping that they can sort something out in terms of transfers off of it, too.
