According to The Mirror, Liverpool are looking into the possibility of signing Ryan Bertrand from Southampton in a rather familiar looking move.
Of course, it’s become well-known that the Reds have liked to sign players from Southampton over the last few seasons.
The likes of Dejan Lovren, Adam Lallana and Sadio Mane have all made the journey amongst others whilst we’re also hoping that Virgil Van Dijk might make the move, too.
Even so, this particular report is claiming that it could be Bertrand to make the move next in a switch that would surely bolster our options at left-back.
The England international has really impressed this season and could be the ideal man to come in and take over from James Milner – allowing him to move back into midfield and also giving us more balance in defence.
