The young French forward looks set to be the name to follow in this window after a superlative campaign with Monaco where he lit up Ligue 1.
Indeed, since then he has been linked with all the big names but there can be no doubt that he’s going to cost an astronomical amount of cash.
Liverpool, though, are interested and will perhaps look to try and get a deal done despite it possible him not actually wanting to be in the country.
Certainly, then, we’d like to think the club will ascertain that information before making any decision whilst we also hope if we do make a concrete bid it’s not at the cost of signing some class defensive options.
