It really does look as though Mohamed Salah of AS Roma is going to be the latest man to sign for Liverpool in the summer window.

Whilst we’re waiting for the Dominic Solanke deal to be confirmed via a tribunal, the Reds have been quick to move on to their next target it seems, and aim to bring in the Egyptian before too long.

Indeed, according to Sky in Italy – via Sky Sports – it really does seem only a matter of time before this one is confirmed with just the transfer fee needing to be ironed out.

Certainly, it looks like a £35 million deal would do the trick and that would see us equal our record fee on a player – last paid for Andy Carroll.

Salah, of course, is a very different player and we’re hoping he has a more successful time at Anfield too.
