As per The Telegraph, the Premier League is apparently considering changes it can make to the division in order for more games to be shown on TV.
We’ve seen in recent years that the onus really has been placed on getting in more money from TV rights and this latest idea looks certainly geared towards that end.
Indeed, as per The Telegraph, the league is considering having games on a Saturday night with a 7:45 pm kick-off, from the 2019/20 season onwards.
This, then, would obviously impact us – particularly for away games – as fans would have to travel back home from away games far later than they would otherwise of a weekend.
