The Reds rounded off the Premier League action on Saturday as we headed to the London Stadium to face West Ham.

After a good week where we beat Maribor in the Champions League, there was certainly a sense of intrigue as Jurgen Klopp made a few changes to the line-up.

Sadio Mane started, when we thought he’d only be fit for the bench, whilst Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain started in midfield thanks to Jordan Henderson’s late injury and Gini Wijnaldum also started.

The game itself started slowly, as both teams probed for the first 20 minutes but after a scintillating counter the Reds found themselves in front as Mane set up Mo Salah. Minutes later, too, Joel Matip prodded home a rebound from a corner as we made it 2-0 – which is how it would stay to half-time.

And, despite West Ham making it 2-1, the Reds quickly responded with Oxlade-Chamberlain scoring before Mo Salah struck for 4-1.

A great win in the end, then, and so here’s our player ratings…
