It’s been reported recently that Daniel Sturridge is open to moving away from Liverpool if the Reds cannot guarantee him a starting spot.
The men from Anfield have had a pretty decent season so far but Sturridge is still finding it hard to get into the team with only a handful of starts and goals to his name this year.
And, with a World Cup next summer, it is the Mirror who is reporting that the forward could be ready to push for a move in order to make the England squad.
Certainly, he’s one man who would make it to Russia 2018 if playing regularly you’d think and so maybe he will make that point in the coming weeks.
