As quoted by The Express, former Juventus star Alessandro Del Piero has said that he feels as though a deal could be done for Emre Can in January.
The Reds midfielder is still yet to sign a new deal with Liverpool and his current contract is running out at the end of this season.
If he isn’t to sign a new deal, January is the last time we can get money for him and so we might have to expect some bids coming in for him.
Del Piero, then, feels that Juventus might be able to strike a deal with the Turin club evidently interested in the German midfielder.
He said:
“Maybe Juve can close a deal in January.”
It remains to be seen, then, as to what exactly happens with this one but it looks as though some feel that a move could happen.
