James Tarkowski
We all like Virgil van Dijk and want to see him in the side but you get the feeling another bid might not actually be made until the summer window.
With that in mind, then, the Reds still need to get themselves another centre-half just to bolster things and shore us up and we think Tarkowski would be ideal. He’s been excellent for Burnley and is an old-school defender, something we need a bit of. He’d surely cost a lot less than the Dutchman too.
