According to HITC Sport, Liverpool’s young defender Lloyd Jones is of interest to a host of Football League clubs during this window.

The young defender has spent a lot of his young career on loan at different clubs with him not yet able to get into the Reds’ first team.

And, at 22, he’s bound to be thinking about whether a permanent move away from the club might be better so he can start making most of the talent he’s got.

According to the report, Championship side Bolton Wanderers and League One trio Wigan Athletic, Bradford City and Oxford United are interested in the defender and so quite the battle could ensue for his signature.

It’s hard to pick where he might be best off, too, but with Wigan leading League One, that might possibly be his best bet – let’s see if he moves there or anywhere else for that matter.
