The Reds have had a busy few days both on and off the field and it would seem as though that is going to continue in the days to come as well.
On the pitch, we beat Everton as the FA Cup 3rd round yielded us a derby win thanks to Virgil van Dijk’s winner on his debut.
Off of it, meanwhile, Philippe Coutinho has been sold for a huge amount of money to Barcelona but there is still another story rumbling on involving his former team-mate Roberto Firmino.
Indeed, according to teamtalk, the forward will have an interview with the FA in order to go through exactly what was said during his argument with Mason Holgate.
Holgate has alleged that racial language was used during the row on the Anfield turf whilst many have jumped to Firmino’s defence saying Portuguese expletives were used, but not racial slurs.
We’ll see how this pans out.
