According to Corriere dello Sport – via Empire of the Kop – Liverpool are eyeing a potential move for fringe player at Inter Milan Marcelo Brozovic.
The energetic midfielder has been at Inter a few years and has been a key man in seasons gone by. He’s not played as much this season, though, and so could be available for a move this month or in the summer.
According to the report, he is available for as little as £12 million and in the current market that certainly represents a fairly reasonable price for a player of some talent.
Even so, we’re not sure he’d play every game and so that is something he’d have to weigh up if he played for us.
He’d probably be a good squad player, though, and his industrial midfield work would make him a Klopp type player.
