Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that the Reds have got Adam Lallana back in training but it might be too soon for him to play in the Tottenham game.

The Reds host Tottenham on Sunday afternoon at Anfield in a game that will surely have some impact on the race for the top four and the Champions League spots.

For sure, we’ll also be looking for the Reds to avenge the defeat we suffered earlier on in the season at Wembley as we lost 4-1 to Spurs.

That was not a good game, but we have a chance to get further ahead of them in the league now – though Adam Lallana will not feature.

Klopp said:

“Adam trains today completely normally.

“In an ideal world, he should not be involved for the weekend because, as we all know, there are real different stages – being fit, able to train and then being match-fit.”

We’d rather he didn’t rush anyway and so now let’s see how we get on without him.

Thoughts, Reds? Let us know below!
