Many fans on social media heaped praise on Liverpool attacker Harry Wilson after his display for Derby County against Brentford on Saturday.

The 21-year-old winger, who is on loan with Frank Lampard’s side for the season, scored in the 14th minute to open the scoring for his side as they went on to win 3-1 against their Championship rivals.

Wilson’s latest display had several fans take to Twitter in order to rave about his ability, with one tweeting that he was excellent during his latest outing as he was a constant threat, while another revealed they thought the player was simply class.

OPINION

Wilson appears to have a bright future at Anfield as he appears to be an immense talent with so many things going for him. The winger, who can play on the left or right flank, has devastating pace and clearly has an eye for goal which he demonstrated last season while on loan at Hull City. The 21-year-old scored seven goals in 14 appearances for the Tigers but is yet to show that sort of prolific form at The Rams as of yet. Wilson has featured five times this season across all competitions for Derby but only grabbed his first goal of the campaign against Brentford. However with one in the bag perhaps the floodgates will open for him. While Wilson may not have got off to a flying start at Pride Park, given that several of these fans were blown away by his latest display, it seems that the 21-year-old definitely could be about to kick-start his 2018/19 campaign.
