Everything that goes wrong always seems to stem from Jordan Henderson, no where near good enough

Jordan Henderson is like that hopeless kid in school always trying to impress the PE teacher. During the Shaw injury delay, ‘look at me boss, I’m stretching and staying loose’.

OPINION
Good thing Henderson signed a new long-term Reds deal lately otherwise some would be claiming his future at Anfield is in doubt. The 28-year-old midfielder has always divided opinion among Reds supporters as well as fans of other clubs for a while now. The midfielder seems to put in tremendous displays and prove his worth, before turning invisible in his outings in order to see games pass him by. However Henderson needs to stop being inconsistent with his form as he could lose a regular place in both England and the Reds’ side. It’s hard to argue with the football fans above who claimed that it’s a mystery to them why Southgate was playing Henderson as based on his performance last night, it was hard to see what he brought to the table. Yet Reds supporters will be very aware that every time the 28-year-old is written off, he bounces back in spectacular fashion.
