A number of Liverpool supporters have been raging on Twitter after it was reported that Naby Keita has suffered an injury while on international duty.
Guinean journalist Amadou Makadji reported on his personal Twitter account that the 23-year-old suffered the setback in the first half of Guinea’s game against Rwanda on Tuesday, with the player having to be substituted off after clutching his thigh.

OPINION
You can see why the Liverpool fanbase is so enraged by this news. Van Dijk, Salah and Mane have already experienced problems of their own over the international break and now Keita has gone down with the injury bug too. At this rate Jurgen Klopp will be fielding the kids against Huddersfield on Saturday. There is no word as of yet on how serious an injury it is that Keita has suffered, but Reds supporters will be expecting the worse considering the way their luck is going at the moment. No club manager enjoys the international break and Klopp is no different. This will be the exact scenario he would have feared when he sent his players away to their countries, and he’ll now have to shuffle his pack somewhat for the game against the Terriers. Still, this is why you have a squad of players and somebody else will have to step up in Keita’s absence if he faces a significant spell on the sidelines.
