COMMENTARY
Liverpool fans had several reasons to watch Manchester City against Everton on Saturday and many supporters tuned in and started giving their view on the match. This wasn’t great news for Everton defender Yerry Mina who Liverpool supporters proceeded to destroy for his display against Manchester City. One Reds fan amusingly hoped that the Toffees had kept the receipt for the 24-year-old that they purchased in the summer from Barcelona, while others just tore into Mina for his part in Jesus being able to put Man City ahead after just 22 minutes. It’s fair to say that while some Reds fans took pleasure in slamming Mina, given his display he should know that criticism was bound to head his way. The centre-back clearly played Jesus onside for the first goal and his marking of Raheem Sterling ahead of the English winger making it 3-1 with his goal, was awful by Premier League standards. Mina got stick from Liverpool fans and is bound to have Everton supporters moaning about him after his part in his side’s 3-1 defeat to Man City.

Mina turns slower than a tank easy to see why he barely played at Barcelona
