It must be a hard life being Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, especially with the amount of talent that he has at his disposal.

Imagine having an abundance of world-class talent to choose from week in, week out? It sounds like an ideal scenario for the manager, but that is certainly not the case for the players who have to miss out on a regular basis.

One of those players includes midfielder Adam Lallana, someone the fans have not seen for quite a while. He was sidelined in the win against Southampton a few weeks ago due to a minor injury, and he has been snubbed by Klopp ever since.

The 30-year-old has since recovered from his small setback, but lately he has not even got near to even making a substitute appearance for the Reds. This is not surprising though, as the midfield is no doubt one of the areas where competition is most rife.

However, Klopp must be bold and start him against Huddersfield at the weekend. He is not going to get many opportunities to play in the remainder of this season, particularly as Klopp cannot afford to take risks and drop points in the Premier League title race.

Nevertheless, the Terriers present a much easier opponent to those that they have faced recently, so it is the perfect chance for the £110,000-a-week [Spotrac] player to showcase what he can do. He has not really done anything to warrant being overlooked, so it is only fair to unleash him on Friday.

Lallana has the ability to be a game-changer, that is something that he has demonstrated in the past for Liverpool. Seeing as he can operate pretty much anywhere in the midfield, it would be wise to let the former Southampton man off his leash against a side that has already been relegated.
