OPINION
Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita produced a fine first half performance in his team’s clash with Cardiff City on Sunday. It wasn’t a seamless team performance in the opening period but the former RB Leipzig man was one of the few shining lights for Jurgen Klopp’s side. Cardiff were content to make life difficult for the Reds, but it was Keita who was trying to create something out of nothing. He produced some nice moments, getting away from the opposition midfielders and driving forward, which was a lot more positive than what some of his teammate came out with. We are starting to witness the Keita that everyone was expecting to see when he was brought in for big money last summer. This is undoubtedly the best spell of his Liverpool career and he deserves credit for turning around his poor form. Hopefully he can continue to impress throughout the second half in the Welsh capital.

Lately we've improved in the second half after an average start. Keita is doing well so far but Arnold and Salah need to do more on the right side.

Keïta is always involved in the challenge winning the ball back. Love he is able to show that quality.
