Liverpool are ready to loan out goalkeeper Kamil Grabara and are searching for a club to borrow his services, according to Football Insider.

The reliable football outlet claim that Jurgen Klopp has sanctioned a temporary exit for the 6ft 4in tall youngster (Source: Transfermarkt) as he believes he needs more experience before he is ready for the first-team.

Football Insider report that Klopp regards Grabara as a first-team player of the future but that Simon Mignolet and Alisson currently block the 20-year-old’s route to the senior side.

OPINION

Liverpool are right to seek a team to borrow Grabara’s services as he needs first-team football in order to kick-on with his development. The 20-year-old featured six times for the Reds’ U-23s in the Premier League 2 during his 2018/19 campaign, conceding nine goals in the process, before joining Danish side Aarhus on loan in January. While with the Danish club, Grabara conceded 18 goals and kept six clean sheets in the 16 outings he made for them. Given that Denmark’s top-flight is perceived as being below the level of England’s Premier League, as that’s regarded as one of the best divisions in the world, he does need to be tested at a better level before Klopp can fully trust him in his first-team. Also given that Alisson won the Golden Glove in his 2018/19 campaign (Source: Premier League), an award the Premier League give to the keeper with the most clean sheets, if Grabara doesn’t get a temporary move, his chances of leaping ahead of the Brazilian in the club’s pecking order are slim, to say the least.
