Stan Collymore has taken to Twitter to predict Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Arsenal this weekend.
The Reds face the Gunners at Anfield in Saturday’s late kick-off, with both sides having won their opening two matches of the season.
But Collymore is expecting Jurgen Klopp’s men to put their visitor’s run to an end, with the ex-Kop striker expecting a 3-1 win for the Reds.

OPINION
Last season, Liverpool picking up a win in this one would never have been in doubt. The Reds won 5-1 in this fixture back in December, and you can understand why, with a Champions League under their belt, Collymore believes that they can win again on Saturday. But things have been a little bit shaky for Jurgen Klopp’s men so far this season. Wins against Norwich City and Southampton have catapulted them to the top of the league, but in both of those matches they have conceded goals, and plenty of chances besides. Southampton managed 14 shots on Saturday, compared to the Reds 15. If they had been even a tiny bit more clinical in front of goal, that could have been Liverpool’s first dropped points of the season. Expect Arsenal to pack a whole lot more firepower, and unless the Reds tighten up defensively, they could be in trouble in this one.
