OPINION
Sheyi Ojo has been in incredible form since joining Rangers on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window and he was once again on top of his game on Thursday night in the Europa League qualifiers. Ojo, 22, scored one goal and assisted two others as Steven Gerrard’s side beat Danish club Midtjylland 3-1, meaning they booked their place in the final round of qualifying with a 7-3 aggregate win. Ojo may not have played a key role in the first leg but he was dubbed as man of the match by a couple of Gers fans on Twitter for his outing in the second leg. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for the attacker, who hardly set the world alight in failed loan spells at Fulham and Stade de Reims in the last couple of years. It is great to see him getting on well north of the border and maybe he can do even better than what Ryan Kent managed at Ibrox last term.

Ojo was fantastic tonight… He gets 2 assists, 1 goal and just gets on with his job.
He really had hit the ground running something Kent didn’t do when he joined us last season.— ?? Jack Goodfellow ?? (@JackGoodfellowX) August 15, 2019

That was the toughest tie of a Scottish team in Europe this season and overall thought we strolled it. Clinical at the right times in front of goal. Kamara, Morelos and Ojo outstanding for me. Onto the play off now. ???
