Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum has the ability to step up whenever his side needs him most. Two goals against Barcelona in the Champions League last season to put the Reds into the final and his volley against Sheffield United recently secured all three points and maintained their winning streak. It isn’t just for his club where he delivers though, and Sunday evening proved that, as he scored twice to break the deadlock for Holland against Belarus. While the first one was a nice header, his second was phenomenal, picking up the ball from the edge of the box and firing an unstoppable drive into the top corner. Should Wijnaldum be able to consistently add goals to his game, he would easily become one of the best midfield players in the Premier League, with Jurgen Klopp surely desperate to unlock that sort of form. Many fans took to Twitter to react to the Dutch international’s performance, heaping praise on the Liverpool man for his goals as his side cruised to 2-1 victory.
