The only comparison between Liverpool and Arsenal at this current moment in time is that the Reds are attempting to match the famous invincibles this season.

Jurgen Klopp’s men are the only team left with a perfect record in the top-flight and currently sit eight points clear after only eight games.

The Reds have only lost once in their previous 47 league games, and that was the only clash that they actually lost last season as they finished second behind Manchester City.

Arsenal on the other end and have adopted a different tactic in North London, which is to buy as many attacking players as possible and hoping that they can combine to produce results.

Despite the fact that they have already been dismantled by Liverpool at Anfield this season, defender David Luiz has recently claimed that the Gunners are capable of challenging the Reds for Premier League titles.

“I want to win titles with Arsenal,” he told NBC Sports.

“I want to improve and adapt myself for the style of Arsenal, as a club and how the manager wants us to play. I think we can do that together. We have the possibility to fight for the title.”

Arsenal definitely don’t have the possibility to challenge for the title, and the Brazilian defender is surely kidding himself if he really believes his side are capable of that.

Liverpool are a level above every single Premier League side at this moment in time, and no one appears to be ready to challenge them consistently as it stands – even Manchester City, who have already lost twice.

The Reds are untouchable and don’t look like slowing down any time soon, and the fact that Luiz even slightly believes that Arsenal can even catch them in this campaign is laughable, and he must concentrate on just top-four football.
