The Telegraph reports that after scoring a hattrick against Estonia, Georginio Wijnaldum will also be available for the game after shaking off a virus that he picked up at the beginning of the break.

Jurgen Klopp is expected to be without Andrew Robertson and Mohamed Salah for the clash on Saturday, with Sky Sports confirming they’re both major doubts.

OPINION

This would be massive for Liverpool should the trio all be fully fit for the game against Palace. After Wijnaldum scored a hattrick and starred for the Netherlands against Estonia, it would have been expected that he was ready to feature at Selhurst Park. The major doubt was definitely surrounding Gomez and Henderson, with many most likely fearing the worst when they had to drop out of England’s game against Kosovo and cut short their international break. Henderson is often the source of blame if something goes wrong at Anfield, but the Reds would have felt his presence missing in the middle of the park if he wasn’t there, and he we will give his side a massive boost on Saturday. Gomez will also be a massive boost, with Joel Matip injured and Virgil van Dijk also dropping out of international duty, he could be guaranteed a spot in the side.
