OPINION
Mohamed Salah delivered one of his best performances of the season in Liverpool’s 3-1 win against Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday. Salah not only got on the scoresheet but was a constant thorn in the side of the Man City defence with him running absolute rings around left-back Angelino during his time on the pitch. Salah’s been a bit hit and miss lately due to an ankle injury that has appeared to have been causing him some niggling issues. However it was a performance of the highest quality by him in the match that mattered the most in the Premier League this season. Many Liverpool fans on Twitter have been awestruck by the former Roma attacker’s performance, with a couple even saying that he was the man of the match against City. Few can argue with that claim, although it was a very good display by almost every player in red on the pitch.
